United States delivery
Rate & delivery time
Transit estimates are business days after dispatch and exclude carrier or customs holds. The rate shown at checkout is the final available service.
Processing time
Bracelets are strung after you order, not pulled off a shelf. Orders leave within 1–3 business days.
Duties & taxes
U.S. import duties and taxes are included in our prices and paid by us before delivery. The carrier won't ask you for anything.
Tracking
You get a tracking link when the label is created; the first carrier scan can take up to 24 hours to appear.
Addresses & failed delivery
Check your address before confirming. Contact us immediately if it needs correcting; we cannot promise changes after fulfillment begins.
Late or missing parcels
If a parcel is later than the published estimate, contact us with the order number. We will investigate with the carrier and explain the available resolution.
Split shipments & holidays
Multi-item orders normally ship together unless one piece is delayed. Peak periods may add time; any current delay is shown before checkout.
