Size and timing
Getting the size right
A quick measurement is best. If you can’t ask without spoiling the surprise, there’s still a safe choice.
- Measure their wrist, if you can. Wrap a soft tape where the bracelet will sit, snug but not tight. No tape? Use a strip of paper, mark where it meets, then measure it flat.
- Or measure a bracelet that fits them. Run a piece of string around the inside of the beads without stretching them, then measure the string.
- Match the number to a size. Use that measurement in our size guide. It shows the bracelet size for each wrist in millimeters.
Can’t measure? Choose M, the middle of our range. Every gift order includes a spare bead and a restringing kit, so they can add a bead or take one out at home. We ship across borders, so we can’t exchange sizes.

Can you ship straight to the person I’m gifting?
Yes. Enter their address as the shipping address at checkout. We deliver to U.S. addresses only for now.
Will they see the price?
No. There are no prices or receipts inside the box.
Can I add a message?
Yes. Preview it above and save it for checkout, or add it in your bag. Up to 500 characters, printed on an A6 card in a handwritten-style script.
What if the size isn’t right?
Because we ship across borders, we can’t exchange sizes. If you can’t measure, choose M: every gift order includes a spare bead and a restringing kit, so a bead can be added or taken out at home. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Can I combine discounts?
One discount per order; if more than one applies, we use whichever saves you more. Free U.S. shipping is based on your order total after discounts, before shipping.
