Returns & Refunds

30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and returned with their original packaging. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide authorization and the return address for that order. Do not send returns to our registered office unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
Non-returnable items
Customized or resized pieces, gift cards, and items that show wear cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect. Earrings, if introduced, may be excluded for hygiene reasons where permitted by law.
Return shipping
For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping and should retain proof of postage. If we sent an incorrect, damaged or materially defective item, we will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping.
Refund timing
After inspection, approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before fulfilment begins. Once dispatched, the order follows the standard return process. Statutory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.
