broviane.com is operated by Broviane Global LIMITED ("Broviane", "we"). By browsing the site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not order.

Products and descriptions

Every bracelet is made by hand from natural stone. Bead color, veining, and pattern vary between pieces and will not match a product photo exactly; screens also render color differently. This variation is a property of the material, not a defect.

Stated wrist and bead measurements are accurate to ±2 mm. Stock counts are shown in good faith but may change between your visit and checkout.

No medical or metaphysical claims

Any traditional meaning, chakra association, or “healing property” mentioned on this site is cultural and decorative context only. Our products are jewellery, not medical devices. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and nothing here is medical advice.

Orders and pricing

Your order is an offer; the contract forms when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if stock is unavailable, an obvious pricing error occurred, payment fails fraud checks, or the destination cannot legally be served.

Prices are in USD and exclude import duty and destination taxes unless stated at checkout. Price changes never affect an order already confirmed.

Payment

We accept major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our processors. Payment is taken at checkout. Card data is handled under PCI DSS; we never store card numbers.

Delivery and risk

Delivery times on the Shipping page are estimates, not guarantees, and exclude customs delays. Risk passes on delivery to the address supplied. The Shipping page explains incorrect addresses and failed delivery.

Returns and statutory rights

Our Returns & Refunds page forms part of these terms. For U.S. orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges based solely on change of mind, personal preference, disclosed natural-stone variation, or a customer-selected size that does not fit. We address eligible quality and fulfilment issues. Consumers in other countries retain any mandatory cancellation or return rights that apply where they live.

Reviews and customer photos

By posting a review or sending a photo — including for the $5 photo credit — you confirm the content is yours and grant Broviane a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it on our site, emails, and social accounts, with credit to your display name or handle. You may ask us to remove it.

We publish reviews unedited except for personal data, abuse, and spam. We never delete a review only because it is negative.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

Site text, photography, designs, and the Broviane name and logo belong to us. You may not copy them commercially, scrape the site, resell products as your own brand, or interfere with the site. For stockist enquiries, write to [email protected].

Liability

We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our breach. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or loss of profit; except where law does not allow a limit, total liability for an order is capped at the amount paid. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR and disputes go to the Hong Kong courts, without affecting a consumer right to bring a claim where they live. Questions: [email protected].
